Policy

What's Available

Digital Projection maintains a documentation archive for products that have reached end-of-sale but remain in active service in customer installations. Available materials typically include:

  • User and installation manuals
  • Product datasheets and technical drawings
  • Firmware release notes (where applicable)
  • Compatibility notes for software tools

Availability varies by product generation. Some materials from the earliest DLP® generations may only be available on request — if you cannot locate documentation for a discontinued model, please contact our team with the model and serial number.

Policy

Support for Legacy Systems

Many Digital Projection installations remain in service well beyond their original warranty period. Even after a product reaches end-of-sale, we continue to support customers through:

  • Spare-parts availability through authorised service partners (subject to stock)
  • Diagnostic guidance from our technical team
  • Upgrade paths to current product families

For end-of-life service status of a specific model, please contact Service & Support.
