Coverage Terms (US & Canada)

Digital Projection products purchased through authorised channels in the United States and Canada are covered by a region-specific warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage includes:

  • Parts and labour through Digital Projection USA and authorised service partners
  • Lamp or laser light source coverage (terms vary by model and operating hours)
  • Advance replacement and on-site service options on select models

The North American warranty applies only to products purchased from Digital Projection USA or an authorised North American dealer. Parallel imports and grey-market units are not covered.

Indicative coverage periods by product family (from date of invoice — exact terms are confirmed on your warranty registration and may vary by model and operating hours):

  • Laser projectors (E-Vision Laser, M-Vision Laser, TITAN Laser): up to 5 years / 20,000 hours on the laser light source
  • Lamp-based projectors: 3 years on the projector (lamp consumables covered separately)
  • Satellite MLS modular light source: 3 years / 20,000 hours; projection heads and control modules 3 years
  • Cables and accessories: 1 year from date of invoice

For the warranty terms that apply to a specific model and serial number, please confirm with Digital Projection USA when registering your product.

Policy

Making a Warranty Claim

To file a claim within the US or Canada, please prepare:

  1. Product model and serial number
  2. Original proof of purchase from an authorised dealer
  3. Detailed description of the fault, with any on-screen error codes
  4. Installation site contact details if on-site service is required

Submit your claim through Digital Projection Contact US & Canada. Our regional team will route your case to the nearest authorised service centre.

Authorised Service Centres

Service across the United States and Canada is delivered by a network of factory-authorised service partners. Using an unauthorised repair facility may void your warranty.
